The Team Plan is our QR code plan. When the client follows the QR code a landing page will appear. This landing page operates as our "review filter". If they are "happy" they are sent to select a site to leave the review. If they are not as happy (3 star or thumbs down response) they are sent to the private feedback page. The review filter is optional and may be turned off in the control panel.

The Business Plan offers a QR code and also allows you to send review request using email. The plan includes up to 1000 request per month. For an additional fee, you may be able to connect the system using Zapier to automatically add clients to the system as they checkout. You can select the sending intervals which best fit your client. For example a hair salon or restaurant my want to send the review request the same day while a DDS by want to wait a week or two so their patient has time to heal.  More emails can be added if required for a nominal charge.

The Enterprise Plan includes everything in the Business Plan plus SMS/Text. You can text clients a review request. We offer 3 options depending on your volume. The $68 option includes 300 text, The $88 option includes 600 text and the $98 option includes 1000 text and a total of 1500 email request. Additional text and emails can be purchased if needed.

The additional text or emails can be purchased as a one time buy or as a monthly add on. 

All plans include "Review Monitoring"! This allows you to see when reviews are left on a variety of platforms, if if you don't include them within your review list. Google and others that offer an API allows you to monitor and respond to both positive and negative reviews from within the platform. This means you never have to give out sensitive GMB profile passwords so employees can respond to reviews. They can do it from within the platform.
